Tim GARY SCHROEDER, PRESIDENT
Proverbs 3:5-6

Gary has been involved with social ministry programs in churches for over 30 years. The past 10 years he has worked with men who are homeless, struggling with addictions, felons and veterans. God has given him the concept of Sanctuary Homes with a desire to help these men become stronger spiritually, as well as productive members of society. He has over 30 years of experience working in the business world. He has a Business Administration degree from Saint Thomas University.

Leland LELAND GRANLUND, TREASURER

Leland Granlund has a passion to move people to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; and to use his administrative experience to free up those whose gifts lie elsewhere; the stewardship of resources are a testimony of one’s love and obedience to the Lord. Mr. Granlund is a licensed CPA and served as the chief financial officer at Western Petroleum Company for over twenty years. Mr. Granlund holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from Bethel University.

Geoff GEOFFREY SCHROEDER, SECRETARY
Psalm 23:4

Geoff was an initial member of the Board of Directors of Sanctuary Homes and brings over 5 years of experience working with men in homeless shelters. Geoff has a passion for helping men to learn how to achieve their full potential in life. Geoff also works as a Program Manager in the medical device industry. Geoff holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Minnesota.

Greg ATT. GREGORY DITTRICH, BOARD MEMBER
Romans 8:31

Gregory holds a B.S. in business administration from the U of M and a J.D. from the UND School of Law. He clerked with the U.S. Justice Department, the U.S. Army and North Dakota Attorney General. He served as a litigator as an Assistant Attorney General with the Minnesota Attorney General, the Fabyanske Law Firm, and since 1996, the Dittrich Law Firm. He coordinates the volunteer legal program at the Union Gospel Mission and also is the current President of the Maplewood Oakdale Lions Club.

Paul PAUL MANDERS, BOARD MEMBER
Revelation 21:4

Paul started working with the homeless in 2005 as a volunteer mentor at the Union Gospel Mission and has also volunteered with his family at the Children's Gospel Mission. Paul teaches Bible study to inmates at the Washington County Jail. His motivation comes from the scripture, "what you do to the least of my brothers, you do unto me". Paul has over 20 years of experience selling pharmaceuticals, which included a treatment for alcohol dependence. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management.

John WILMA SCHROEDER, BOARD MEMBER

Wilma Schroeder has worked professionally in finance/accounting for over 12 years. She has been involved with supporting men’s ministries for over 10 years. She has worked in churches in various capacities, working with kids programs and social ministries. Her heart has always been to minister to those in need and help make a difference in people’s lives.

John JOHN TATGE, BOARD MEMBER

After retiring from a career in production management John Tatge moved to Willmar MN. There he co-founded the Hope Garden that donates thousands of pounds of fresh vegetables to area food shelves and church care pantries. He spent more than 15 years facilitating Bible Studies in the homeless community in St Paul.
